Am folosit pentru gogosele:

200 ml apa

200 ml ulei

400 gr faina

8 oua

Se pune apa si uleiul la foc si cand incep sa fiarba se adauga faina si se amesteca continuu pana cand compozitia se desprinde de pe peretii oalei. Se lasa apoi la racit si cand s-a racit complet se adauga pe rand cele 8 oua si se amesteca bine dupa fiecare ou adaugat. Compozitia astfel obtinuta am pus-o intr-un pos cu un varf putin ondulat si am format gogoselel ca sa le spun asa,pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt FINO. Le-am dat la cuptor la foc mic pentru aproximativ 30 minute (depinde ce cuptor aveti,eu am aragaz obisnuit).

Pana gogoselele s-au copt am facut crema cu care am umplut eclerele

Pentru crema:

3 galbenusuri

3 linguri zahar

3 plicuri zahar vanilat

esenta vanilie

2 linguri si 1/2 amidon

500 ml lapte

Pentru glazura de ciocolata:

50 ml smantana

50 gr ciocolata

Crema: Intr-o craticioara am pus galbenusurile,zaharul,esenta si am amestecat cu telul pana cand zaharul s-a topit si galbenusurile s-au albit,apoi am adaugat amidonul,am amestecat bine si apoi usor cate un fir subtire de lapte,amestecand mereu pana cand am incorporat tot laptele.Am pus apoi craticioara la foc foarte mic amestecand mereu pana cand budinca s-a ingrosat.Am dat apoi craticioara la racit.

Glazura de ciocolata:

Am pus smantana intr-o craticioara si am pus-o la foc,cand s-a incins bine am adaugat si ciocolata si am amestecat pana cand ciocolata s-a topit complet.

Dupa ce gogoselele s-au copt si s-au racit,le-am taiat un capacel,pe partea de jos am pus cu un pos budinca,apoi capacelul l-am glazurat cu ciocolata si l-am asezat peste.Am decorat cu glazura de zahar Dr Oetker (la tubuletz).

Dureaza ceva pana este gata acest desert,insa merita din plin dupa parerea mea.
