Am folosit:

2 dovlecei

150 gr hribi

1 buc carnat afumat

7 oua

150 gr branza afumata rasa

8 linguri de faina

chimen macinat

piper sichuan

pudra de mustar

brocoli buchetele

file de macrou afumat

400 gr iaurt 0% grasimi

radacina de galangal data pe razatoare

Am pregatit toate ingredientele,inainte de a le amesteca,am taiat cubulete dovleceii,am taiat carnatul cubulete mici,hribii,i-am tocat marunt,pestele l-am desfacut fasii mici,Toate aceste ingrediente le-am pus intr-un bol si le-am condimentat,am ras branza pe razatoarea mica si am amestecat-o si pe ea cu ingredientele.

Intr-un bol am batut bine cele 7 oua,am adaugat apoi iaurtul peste ele si am continuat sa amestec,am adaugat apoi faina,si cand faina a fost complet incorporata,am pus acest aluat peste ingredientele tocate si am amestcat usor.

Am pregatit 2 tavi de chec tapetate cu hartie de copt,am pus compozitia de mai sus in cele 2 tavi si inainte de a le da la cuptor,am pus buchetele de brocoli din loc in loc.

Cantitatea pregatita de mine mai sus este pentru 2 tavi de chec,daca doriti sa faceti o cantitate mai mica,injumatatiti toate cantitatile.

*Galangalul este o radacina asemanatoare ghimbirului,care da o aroma asiatica mancarurilor,se poate folosi ras sau feliat sau,pus bucata in mancare si apoi scos cand mancarea e gatita.
