    Pentru blat:

    6 oua

    250 gr unt

    250 gr faina

    250 gr zahar

    3 plicuri zahar vanilat

    1 plic praf de copt

    esenta de vanilie

    Pentru crema:

    500 ml lapte

    5 linguri gris

    8 linguri zahar

    200 ml frisca lichida

    200 gr nuca de cocos

    visine din visinata taiate marunt

    Pentru glazura:

    200 gr ciocolata neagra 75%

    140 ml frisca lichida

    Blatul: Am scos untul din frigider cu ceva timp inainte de a face prajitura,pentru a se inmuia,apoi l-am pus intr-un bol,peste el am adaugat zaharul si l-am batut cu mixerul pana cand a devenit pufos,am adaugat apoi ,pe rand ouale,amestecand dupa fiecare ou adaugat.Dupa ce am terminat de pus toate ouale,am adaugat in 2 trepte faina amestecata cu praful de copt si esenta de vanilie.Am omogenizat bine totul si apoi am asezat aluatul astfel obtinut intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si l-am dat la cuptor pana cand s-a copt complet.L-am lasat apoi deoparte la racit si m-am ocupat de crema.

    Crema: Intr-o craticioara am pus laptele,frisca,grisul,zaharul si le-am lasat pe foc pana cand tot amestecul s-a ingrosat.Am adaugat apoi nuca de cocos si am mai lasat 2 minute pe foc apoi am dat crema la racit.

    Visinele din visinata le-am taiat marunt si dupa ce crema de cocos s-a racit,le-am adaugat peste crema si am amestecat pentru a le incorpora.

    Dupa ce blatul s-a racit complet am adaugat peste el crema de cocos cu visinele incorporate si am intins crema uniform peste tot blatul.

    Pentru glazura,am pus la foc frisca si ciocolata taiata bucati si am lasat pana cand frisca s-a infierbantat,apoi am luat-o deoparte amestecand pana cand ciocolata s-a topit de tot si s-a format o crema fina.

    Am adaugat glazura peste crema de cocos,am nivelat frumos,am presarat deasupra cateva firicele de nuca de cocos si am dat prajitura la rece pentru aproximativ o ora.
