Am folosit pentru blat:

5 oua

5 linguri de zahar

5 linguri ulei

5 linguri faina

2 praf de copt

3 zahar vanilat

Pentru mouse de ciocolata:

200 gr ciocolata 70%

150 ml frisca+200ml

100 gr unt

o lingurita flori de lavanda

3 foi de gelatina

Pentru mouse de capsune:

250 gr capsune (congelate)

400 ml iaurt 0% grasimi

200 ml frisca lichida

3 foi de gelatina

200 gr zahar brun

Blatul: Am separat galbenusurile de albusuri,albusurile le-am batut spuma tare cu un praf de sare,galbenusurile le-am frecat bine cu zaharul pana si-au dublat volumul,am adaugat apoi uleiul,faina,praful de copt si am amestecat bine,iar la urma am incorporat usor si albusul fara a-l strica.Am pus aluatul intr-o forma de tort cu fund detasabil si am dat la copt,pana a trecut testul cu scobitoarea.Dupa ce aluatul s-a copt,l-am lasat sa se raceasca bine inainte de a pune ceva pe el.

Mouse de ciocolata:Am cautat pe Google o reteta autentica de mouse de ciocolata insa nu am gasit decat variante care nu aveau legatura una cu cealalta ,asa ca am selectat o varianta convenabila si rapida pentru ca tortul sa fie gata la timp.

Intr-o craticioara am pus 150 ml frisca lichida,100 gr unt si le-am pus la foc,cand frisca s-a infierbantat bine,am adaugat gelatina inmuiata inainte in apa rece,am adaugat ciocolata rupta bucati,florile de lavanda,zdrobite bine la mojar,am amestecat sa se topeasca ciocolata si apoi am dat sosul de ciocolata obtinut la racit.Intre timp am batut 200 ml frisca bine de tot,cand sosul de ciocolata s-a mai racit l-am adaugat peste frisca batuta si am omogenizat.Am turnat apoi mouse-ul astfel obtinut peste blatul de tort si am dat 2 ore la frigider.

Mouse de capsune: Am pus la foc 250 gr capsune congelate cu 200 gr zahar brun si le-am lasat la foc mic pana cand zaharul s-a topit si capsunele s-au inmuiat bine. Am luat apoi blenderul de mana si am zdrobit capsunele,obtinand un sos,am adaugat in el cat inca era foarte cald,gelatina inmuiata in apa rece si am dat apoi sosul la racit.

Intre timp,am batut bine frisca,am adaugat apoi peste ea si iaurtul si la urma sosul de capsune,am pus totul peste stratul de mouse de ciocolata deja intarit si am dat din nou tortul la frigider pana a 2-a zi.

A doua zi am ornat putin tortul cu ceva frisca si gata! Un tort simplu si foarte aromat.
