    Am folosit:

    300 gr pulpa porc

    2 foi de dafin

    1 ceapa

    2 catei de usturoi

    o mana de stafide,5 caise uscate,5 smochine uscate,5 curmale uscate

    o lingurita chimen macinat,turmenic,cuisoare macinate,anason macinat,boia

    sos soia,sos worchester,sos tabasco,

    Pentru garnitura:

    100 gr galbiori

    100 gr hribi

    taitei chinezesti cu ou

    1 catel de usturoi

    nucsoara,sos soia

    Carnea: Am curatat si tocat marunt ceapa si usturoiul,le-am pus intr-o cratita cu ulei incins,am adaugat toate condimentele,apoi carnea si fructele uscate, pe carele-am taiat cubulete mici,am pus apa cat sa acopere totul pana la jumatate si dupa ce a dat in clocot pe aragaz,am pus oala in cuptor unde am lasat-o sa se gateasca la foc foarte mic pentru aproximativ o ora si 10 min.

    Garnitura:Am pus o oala cu apa si sare la foc,am lasat-o sa dea in clocot,am oprit focul si am scufundat apoi taiteii pe care i-am lasat in apa oparita conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj 4 minute,apoi i-am scurs de apa si i-am lasat deoparte.

    Intr-o tigaie am calit 1 catel de usturoi tocat marunt,apoi am adaugat ciupercile,sosul de soia,nucsoara si am lasat ciupercile la foc pana s-au gatit frumos.La sfarsit am adaugat si taiteii,am amestecat si am servit apoi alaturi de tajine.O mancare foarte buna si aromata pe care o recomand celor care doresc sa o incerce.
