INGREDIENTE
Pt Ravioli:
2 oua
sare
faina cat cuprinde
Pt Umplutura:
jumatate de piept de pui
1 ceapa
1 lingura pasta de rosii
sare
piper
Pt Sos:
Carnea ramasa de la umputura + jumatate de piept de pui
3-4 catei de usturoi
1 lingura de pasta de rosii
un pahar de apa
curry
sare
piper

MOD DE PREPARARE

Facem aluatul de ravioli, ouale se bat cu sare si se adauga faina pe rand pana obtinem un aluat ce poate fi intins cu sucitoarea.
Umplutura: Pieptul de pui se taie cubulete, ceapa se toaca, se adauga pasta de rosii, se condimenteaza si se inabusa la foc mic cu capac 10 min. Apoi se paseaza.
Presaram masa cu faina si intindem foaie , taiam cu un pahar , se pune bucata in forma, umplutura si se inchide forma.
Punem apa cu sare la fiert, cand clocoteste punem pastele , le fierbem 10 min si le scoatem si le trecem pe sub jet de apa rece , le lasam la scurs si facem sosul cu care vor fi serviti.
Se pune in wok , carnea ramasa de la umplutura, se mai taie cubulete jumatate de piept de pui , se pune usturoiul pisat ,pasta de rosii si un pahar de apa. Se lasa la fiert pana scade.
