    INGREDIENTE
    200 gr cotlet de porc
    3 oua mici de gainuse americane
    2 fire de ceapa verde
    2 rosii
    miez de lapte delaco
    branza dulce de vaci
    2 lingurite de smantana
    sare

    MOD DE PREPARARE
    Prima data punem ouale la fiert. Trecem la feliat cotletul, il condimentam cu sare si il rumenim pe gril pe ambele parti.Ceapa se taie rondele , rosiile cuburi, ouale fierte rondele, cotletul de porc bucatele. Se pun toate in castron si se pune miezul de lapte si branza, se adauga smantana se condimenteaza si se amesteca.
