Pentru ca se apropie Craciunul si deja miroase a sarbatoare am zis sa incerc si eu sa fac in casa turta dulce,mai ales ca nu am facut niciodata.Norocul nostru in zilele pe care le traim este tehnologia,asa ca daca am o dilema sau nu stiu ceva Google ma ajuta mereu Smile La fel a fost si cu turta dulce,pentru ca nu mai facusem am ales sa fac dupa o reteta deja incercata si am gasit-o pe blogul Laurei Adamache,insa,am modificat-o putin la ingrediente ca sa fie pe gustul meu.

Am folosit:

500 gr faina alba (eu folosesc faina tip 650)

350 gr miere de salcam

100 gr zahar

100 gr unt

1 ou+un galbenus

10 gr bicarbonat

3 linguri lapte

30 gr (cuisoare+scortisoara,anason macinat,nucsoara)

gem de capsune

Pentru glazura:

1 albus

300 gr zahar pudra

zeama de lamaie(6-7 picaturi)

Intr-o cratita am pus untul,mierea si zaharul si le-am incalzit usor pana cand zaharul s-a topit complet,am dat apoi cratita la rece cateva minute.Am rasturnat apoi continutul cratitei intr-un castron,am adaugat oul intreg si inca un galbenus (albusul l-am pastrat pentru glazura),faina (amestecand mereu),condimentele aromate,si am omogenizat compozitia.La sfarsit am adaugat bicarbonatul dizolvat in cele 3 linguri de lapte,si am continuat sa amestec pana cand bicarbonatul s-a distribuit uniform in tot aluatul. Am invelit aluatul in folie alimentara si l-am dat la frigider peste noapte pana a 2-a zi.

Am tapetat blatul de lucru cu faina,am rasturnat aluatul,l-am framantat putin si apoi l-am impartit in 2 si pe rand am inceput sa intind bucatile de aluat si am taiat forme (in cazul meu cu un pahar mai mic).Am umplut aluatul taiat cu gem de capsune si apoi le-am asezat in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si le-am dat la cuptor pret de 5-6 minute,pana s-au copt.Timpul de coacere difera in functie de cuptor,insa trebuie avut grija sa nu le lasati prea mult ca sa nu se usuce.eu am verificat dupa 5 minute si partea turtei care era pe hartia de copt isi schimbase culoarea usor si am stiut ca sunt gata.

Glazura: Am batut usor albusul,apoi am inceput sa incorporez zaharul pudra si am continuat sa amestec.Eu am decorat prima data turta cu alb (dupa ce s-a racit complet) si apoi am adaugat culoare in glazura pe rand,prima data rosu si apoi la ce a mai ramas am adaugat si albastru.

Merita sa incercati sa faceti turta dulce acasa,chiar daca nu este un proces neaparat rapid,dar este foarte buna si gustoasa si cred ca merita efortul.
