De tare multa vreme nu am mai facut ciocanele de pui,insa iata ca le-a venit si lor momentul Smile,asa ca am ales sa le fac mai deosebite,marinate in lapte batut cu sos de rodie si o garnitura de cartofi la cuptor cu ceapa caramelizata.A fost un deliciu si as repeta din nou experienta daca ar fi sa mai fac de curand ciocanele de pui. Smile

Am folosit pentru carne:

8 ciocanele de pui

200 ml lapte batut (facut in casa)

curry,nucsoara,scortisoara

sos worchester,

sos soia

Pentru ceapa caramelizata:

o lingurita boia

o lingurita curry

o lingurita chimen

o lingurita coriandru boabe

o lingurita scortisoara

Pentru sosul de rodie:

150 ml vin rosu

2 linguri miere

scortisoara,cuisoare macinate

1 rodie

1 lingura sos barbeque

Pulpele de pui le-am spalat bine si apoi le-am condimentat cu sos soia,sos worchester,curry,nucsoara,scortisoara si apoi am pus peste ele laptele batut.Le-am lasat la marinat aproximativ 2 ore,apoi le-am pus intr-un vas de yena cu tot cu marinata in care au stat si le-am dat la cuptor la foc foarte mic pentru aproximativ o ora si 20 min.

Am curatat 1 kg ceapa si am taiat-o in sferturi.Intr-o tigaie am incins o lingura de ulei,apoi am pus o lingurita scortisoara,o lingurita curry,o lingurita boia,o lingurita chimen si o lingurita boabe de coriandru pe care le-am zdrobit usor inainte in mojar.Am lasat condimentele sa isi elibereze aromele si apoi am adaugat cepele taiate si le-am caramelizat usor la foc iute,pret de cateva minute.

Intr-o tava de copt am pus cartofi taiati in bucati mari,peste ei am adaugat cepele caramelizate,curry,boia,piper sichuan si un praf de sare,am pus o lingura de ulei,am acoperit tava cu folie de aluminiu si am dat-o la cuptor pentru aproximativ 40 min pana cand cartofii s-au rumenit frumos.

Intr-o craticioara am pus vinul,cuisoarele,scortisoara si am lasat sa fiarba cateva minute,apoi am adaugat mierea,bobitele de rodie si sosul barbeque si am lasat sosul sa scada putin si sa se ingroase.

La final am servit cartofii cu ceapa caramelizata,pulpita de pui si sosul de rodie cu vin. O minunatie de arome si culori.
