Astazi am pregatit pentru ai mei o bunatate de rulada de pui umpluta cu tot felul de bunatati care a avut mare scucces si de aceea deja ma gandesc sa o fac si in alte variante decat ce urmeaza sa va prezint mai jos.Pentru aceasta rulada l-am avut ca inspiratie pe maestrul carnurilor,bucatarul Adrian Richardson.

Am folosit:

1 piept de pui

200 gr carne tocata (vita+porc)

50 gr stafide

nucsoara macinata

cuisoare macinate

1 catel de usturoi

sos worchester

sos soia,masline

piper sichuan

curry,ghimbir macinat

Pieptul de pui l-am pus in folie alimentara si l-am intins bine batandu-l usor cu ciocanul de carne,l-am condimentat apoi cu piper sichuan,nucsoara,putina sare si curry.

Intr-un castron am pus carnea macinata,usturoiul tocat marunt,nucsoara,cuisoare macinate,ghimbir,stafide,sos soia (o lingurita),sos worchester (o jumatate de lingurita),masline negre taiate marunt,am amestecat totul bine si apoi carnea am asezat-o pe pieptul de pui pe care mai apoi l-am rulat si l-am legat bine cu sfoara,pentru a nu se desface in cuptor.

Am asezat rulada intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt,am pus peste ea putin ulei de masline si am dat-o la cuptor pana s-a rumenit frumos.

Dupa ce rulada a fost gata,am lasat-o cam 20 minute sa se odihneasca pentru ca mai apoi sa o pot taia fara ca ea sa se rupa.

Noi am servit rulada de pui alaturi de cartofi aromati la cuptor (asa a fost cererea) dar voi puteti face orice garnitura va place.
