Pui cu bambus si ciuperci si taitei cu susan negru

Am avut o saptamana asiatica ca sa ii spun asa si am pregatit cateva preparate armate dar foarte usoare si extrem de simplu de facut acasa.E dreptca aceasta e varianta mea pentrupuiul cubambus si ciuperci deoarece sunt multe ingrediente pe care eu nu le tolerez si atunci adaptez mereu retetele la gustul care ne place.

Pentru pui cu bambus:

6 pulpe pui fara piele si os

½ lingurita ghimbir macinat

½ lingurita nucsoara macinata

1 lingurita curry

1 lingura sos soia

1 lingura sos Worchester

2 catei usturoi

4 fire ceapa verde

200 gr ciuperci

1 morcov

Pulpele de pui le-am traiat cuburi,le-am marinat in sos soia,sos Worchester,ghimbir,curry,nucsoara,apoi intr-un wok am pus ulei de rapita,am adaugat apoi usturoiul tocat marunt,cuburile de carne,le-am lasat sa se rumeneasca frumos,apoi le-am scos pe o farfurie cu servet de hartie.

Am adaugat apoi in wok morcovul taiat bastonase,bambusul, le-am calit 2 minute,apoi am adaugat ciupercile taiate felii,si le-am lasat si pe ele 1 minut si apoi am pus din nou puiul,si sosul in care am marinat carnea si am mai lasat cateva minute pentru ca puiul sa se patrunda bine.

Inainte de a opri focul am adaugat ceapa vede taiata in diagonala.

Taiteii chinezesti cu ou i-am oparit 4 min in apa cu sare conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj,apoi i-am scurs bine de apa si am adaugat peste ei ulei de susan si susan negru.

Am decorat farfuria cu germeni de ceapa rosie.

Pofta mare!
