Pentru ca ieri a fost o zi speciala in familie,a fost ziua mamei lui Iubi,m-am gandit sa ii fac un tort bun si racoros.Aveam materia prima in congelator asa ca…am trecut la treaba Smile Totodata am profitat si de ocazie pentru a-mi proba noul mixer,pentru ca de ceva vreme avandu-l stricat pe al meu am si uitat ce repede si bine se face treaba cu un asemenea ajutor in bucatarie.

Am folosit pentru blat:

5 oua

5 linguri zahar

5 linguri faina

1 plic praf de copt

2 plicuri zahar vanilat

5 linguri ulei

Pentru crema:

500 gr fructe de padure congelate

200 ml frisca

350 ml iaurt 0% grasimi

6 foi gelatina

200 gr zahar

Blatul: Am separat galbenusurile de albus,galbenusurile le-am batut bine cu zaharul pana cand si-au dublat volumul,am adaugat apoi peste ele ulei,faina,praf de copt am amestecat totul bine si le-am lasat putin deoparte.Am batut albusurile spuma tare cu un praf de sare si apoi cu o lingura am incorporat pe rand albusul in amestecul de galbenusuri.

Am pus blatul la copt pana a trecut testul cu scobitoarea.

Dupa ce blatul s-a racit comple am trecut la crema: intr-o cratita am pus la foc mic fructele congelate si zaharul si le-am lasat sa fiarba.Le-am zdrobit cu blenderul,apoi am inmuiat gelatina in apa rece conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj,si apoi am introdus-o in cratita cu fructe zdrobite,amamestecat bine pentru a se topi si apoi am dat fructele la rece.

Intr-un castron am batut frisca tare,apoi am adaugat peste ea si iaurtul si am amestecat mai departe.Crema aceasta am combinat-o cu fructele zdrobite,am omogenizat si am turnat-o apoi in forma peste blatul de tort si am dat la rece cateva ore pana cand gelatina si-a facut treaba si s-a inchegat totul foarte bine.

Am pastrat pentru ornat cateva fructe si ceva frisca si a iesit ce se vede mai jos:)
