Pentru ca le iubesc foarte tare si tot nu am mai facut de ceva vreme,astazi…am revenit la briose,de data asta ceva improvizat cu visine din visinata si nuci,insa deloc de neglijat pentru ca a fost o combinatie extrem de reusita care cu siguranta trebuie repetata si cu alte ocazii.

Am folosit:

4 oua

10 linguri ulei

10 linguri lapte condensat

350 gr faina

200 gr zahar

2 plicuri zahar vanilat

2 plicuri praf de copt

nuci,visine din visinata tocate marunt

De obicei atunci cand fac briose,amestec toate ingredientele uscate si separat cele umede si apoi intre ele.

De data asta am vrut sa vad cum e si alt fel…asa ca am separat galbenusul de albus,albusul l-am batut usor spuma insa nu foarte tare,galbenusul l-am frecat cu zahar,am adaugat apoi uleiul,laptele condensat,faina si praful de copt,am amestecat bine si la urma am incorporat cu grija si albusul batut spuma.

Am adaugat apoi visinile tocate marunt si o mana de nuci,am pus aluatul in forme si l-am dat la cuptor pana cand s-au copt complet.

Desi mai uscate ca si textura fata de alte prajituri,mie imi plac tare mult briosele si le fac mereu cu mare drag.
