How to prepare a quinoa salad with olives, feta cheese, tomatoes and onions, a perfect and quick recipe for lunch
Ingredients
Ingredients

Quinoa 200 g
Cheese 200 g, feta
Onion 1 each, red
Cucumber 1 each, chopped
Tomatoes 4 each, chopped
Black olives 200 g
Parsley 25 g, chopped
Olive oil 2 tbsp

To garnish

Watercress

Preparation

Cook the quinoa according to packet instructions. Drain well and rinse.

Combine the quinoa with the other ingredients, season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with the watercress.
