Restaurantul Avalon unul dintre primele restaurante fusion bucurestene continua sa isi rasfete iubitorii de delicii culinare specific bucatariei fusion, improspatand meniul cu noi si noi produse toate respectand aceiasi linie culinara rafinata, cu accente indraznete si combinatii mereu uluitoare.


Intr-o ambianta intima si un decor ce imbina cu succes elemente avangardiste -bucatarul nostru sef canadian, Henrik Sebok, isi asteapta oaspetii cu  o mare varietate de preparate si arome contemporane, create pentru a incanta chiar si cele mai pretentioase simturi. Asocierile surprinzatoare de ingrediente si texturi, precum si prezentarea uluitoare a preparatelor, fac din Avalon un restaurant al celor mai rafinate experiente culinare.


Deliciile gastronomice, ambientul intim si elegant, recomanda restaurantul Avalon ca fiind locul ideal pentru cei care vor sa serveasca masa de pranz sau cina, bucurandu-se de un loc linistit chiar in plin centrul capitalei, la cateva minute de cele mai importante repere de afaceri si cultura ale orasului. Designul minimalist, atentia la detalii se regasesc pretutindeni, fie ca este vorba de pardoseala Wenge de esenta africana, peretii cu pergament japonez, vitraliile realizate de designerul Alexandru Ghildus sau tacamurile Guy Degrenne  de o forma exceptionala,  muzica chill-out, efectele de lumini din restaurant precum si buna dispozitie a personalului, toate fiind armonizate cu specificul si varietatea stilurilor culinare oferite publicului sau pentru a desavarsii atmosfera placuta, ideala pentru a savura cele mai extravagante preparate fusion.
