Preparation time is about 20 minutes,plus chilling time.
Enough for 4 servings.

Ingredients:

2 grapefruit
3 oranges
1 tablespoon of sugar
4sprigs of mint
2 oz(56g) pomegranate seeds

Garnish:mint sprig

How to:

Cut the peel and pit off the grapefruit and oranges.Cut carefully inside the skin of each segment to remove each section of flesh.When skin only is left,squeeze to extract juices over a pan.Repeat with all the fruit except the pomegranate seeds.Add sugar to pan and set over a gentle heat untill sugar dissolves.
Cool in refrigerator.Meanwhile,arrange orange and grapefruit segments that you must cut in half,alternating in dish.Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over.Chop mint finely and add to fruit syrup Chill.Garnish with some more chopped mint.
